As a follow-up exercise to the earlier keynote, ideas that are being developed in schools to enable innovation to take place will be reviewed. The implementation of a model of ‘Distributed  Leadership’ will be presented as a case study that has been applied over a seven year period.
Workshop participants will be shown some very pragmatic steps in this journey and the outcomes that we are starting to experience.
